from Eagle Point Marine and Sneaky Pete's restaurant on Lake
Lewisville.

- Heading North (from Dallas): Take the Garden Ridge
exit -- the first exit North of FM 407. Turn right to cross the
railroad track then take an immediate left on Eagle Point Road. Go
North to where the Garden Ridge Blvd. crosses over I-35. Take a right
at the stop sign to circle back to the Southbound I-35 access road.
Stay on the access road and McGOYS TOYS is on your right.

- Heading South (from Denton): Take the Garden Ridge
Exit -- the first exit South of Lake Lewisville. Stay on the
Southbound access road, do not turn to go to Garden Ridge. McGOYS TOYS
will be on your right.
